Rebecca studied piano with Professor John Luxton at the Canberra School of Music, at the Australian National University. Graduating in 1995 with a degree in Performance.

Rebecca performed regularly in Canberra at Parliament House, Embassies and other events hosted throughout the city.

Rebecca excelled as a Chamber Musician and Accompanist winning prizes for her achievements. Receiving a scholarship in 1993 to attend the Australian Festival of Chamber Music, her Piano trio was selected to perform and was broadcast live on the national broadcaster Australia’s ABC Classic FM. Following her degree she was also selected to study Piano Forte in The Hague.

Rebecca , as an educator is a Music Specialist in schools with a passion to infiltrate music into the lives of young people. Her commitment to outstanding curriculum development has gained the attention of international education professionals over the years.

In these years she became an accompanist, repetiteur and conductor for the Sing Australia Network performing nationally. Rebecca has conducted many ensembles including Strings, Concert Bands, and Choirs for schools to further their programs within their schools.

Rebecca, originally from Australia, currently resides in North Carolina USA, where she lives with her husband and children Hannah and Charlie.
